Completed execution plan: BiKL Dugga Elo music photo album
Completed: 15 August 2026
Project location: /home/jd/workspace/jdatta.github.io/dugga-elo
Delivered
- Added the no-build static application in
index.html. - Preserved all 45 canonical album photographs and generated 45 checked-in web
derivatives under
resources/album/web/. - Added deterministic image order, dimensions, canonical fallback URLs, and descriptive alt text to the frozen browser manifest.
- Implemented one-page portrait, two-page normal spread, compact two-page landscape, odd-final-page, wraparound, timer, pointer, keyboard, page-turn, resize-settlement, visibility, and reduced-motion behavior.
- Integrated the official YouTube IFrame Player API with a visible compliant surface, native and supplemental controls, factual status, progress polling, unavailable-item handling, timeout/failure links, and disc fallbacks.
- Implemented restricted-landscape player suspension: snapshot, pause, iframe destruction, text-only status, recreation, and paused playlist-position cue.
- Added project instructions and product/architecture documentation.
- Left
server.py,image-compressor.sh, canonical photos, and supplied PNGs unchanged.
Verification completed
server.pyserved/, the first derivative, and the last derivative with successful HTTP responses.- Headless Chrome screenshots were inspected at 390×844, 844×390, 768×1024, 1024×768, and 1440×900. All had exact viewport containment and no document overflow.
- Normal layouts retained header/album/player rows. The live YouTube player reached Ready and rendered at 200 px high and more than 200 px wide.
- The 844×390 layout rendered two loaded photographs plus only the textual music rail. Its player iframe count was zero.
- A trusted Play gesture reached
Playing — Track 1 of 13and rotated the disc. Entering compact mode destroyed the iframe, stopped rotation, and displayedMusic paused for compact view. Returning recreated one compliant iframe in a paused state and did not rotate the disc. - Resizing during a page turn removed the temporary leaf and committed the selected target. The anchored spread remained unchanged across the return to normal mode.
- Rapid arrows advanced only one locked turn. Single mode advanced one photo; spread and compact-spread advanced two. A below-threshold drag did not navigate. Timed advancement and wraparound were observed.
- The final state displayed photo 45 with
rightFrame.is-blank; the next turn returned to photos 1 and 2. - Reduced motion completed a page change within the short transition window and suppressed disc rotation during actual playback.
- With script execution disabled, the first photograph, explanatory note, direct playlist URL, and zero iframes were present.
- Blocking a display derivative caused exactly one canonical-source retry; blocking both produced the stable paper error placeholder. Blocking disc art selected the large seal, then the CSS disc.
- The final normal reload produced no JavaScript exceptions or error-level application console entries.
- All 45 derivatives decode, match their frozen manifest dimensions, have no edge over 1600 px, and remain under 600 KiB. The 44 generated files are progressive JPEGs; image 9 is byte-identical to its already-small source.
- Static audit found 45 ordered manifest entries, 45 canonical sources, 45 web
derivatives, no duplicate element IDs, no missing alt text, and no local asset
URL beginning with
/.
The intended parent-directory subpath server was not started because exposing the entire sibling-project directory was rejected as unnecessarily broad. Subpath portability was instead checked structurally: every local asset reference is relative, and no root-relative local URL exists.
Human handoff
Run:
python3 server.py
Then open http://127.0.0.1:8080/ for subjective family/human acceptance. Public
consent for identifiable people remains an explicitly human-controlled release
task.
